Doulas of the Southwest

I am thrilled to be back in New Mexico working as an Albuquerque birth doula, yoga instructor, and Reiki II practitioner. I am a mother to two young children, and my husband and I have enjoyed growing up in upstate New York and then living most of our adult lives in Colorado and New Mexico. The West is where our hearts are.  

I am passionate about a woman's right to birth the way she wants to birth and am committed to supporting women and their partners during the pregnancy and birth experience. My goal is unconditional support for mamas and their partners and I will work tirelessly to support your vision. I am dedicated to helping women and their partners use the wisdom within themselves to have transformative and powerful birth experiences.

I have been attending births since June of 2012 and became certified through DONA in December of 2014. I have attended home births, hospital births, and birth center births in both upstate Rochester, New York as well as Albuquerque, New Mexico where I am currently serving women and their birth partners.
